摘要
为实现家具甲醛含量的快速、准确检测,本研究建立了一种基于荧光探针的标准化检测方法。通过优化探针结构和检测条件,建立了完整的样品采集、预处理和检测流程。该方法在0.01~10.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9986),检出限为0.005 mg/L,日内和日间精密度RSD均小于3%。方法抗干扰能力强,主要干扰物质在50倍浓度下的信号变化小于±5%。在实际样品检测中,与HPLC参比方法相比,相对偏差均小于5%。该方法操作简便、响应快速,适用于家具产品甲醛含量的质量控制和标准化检测。
This paper establishes a standardized method for rapid and accurate formaldehyde detection in furniture using fluorescent probes.By optimizing probe structure and detection conditions,a complete process for sample collection,preprocessing,and detection is developed.The method shows a strong linear relationship(R²=0.9986)in the range of 0.01~10.0 mg/L,with a detection limit of 0.005 mg/L and the intra-day and inter-day precision(RSD)below 3%.It has excellent anti-interference ability,with the signal change of main interfering substances at a concentration of 50 times being less than±5%.In actual sample testing,the relative deviation is under 5%,compared with the HPLC reference method.This method is simple to operate,and responds quickly,which is suitable for quality control and standardized detection of formaldehyde in furniture.
