摘要
研究了内标添加条件对同位素稀释法测定土壤中全氟辛酸(PFOA)与全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)的结果的影响。设定了内标添加后平衡时间、涡旋时间、平衡温度、内标添加范围及内标添加体积等条件对检出土壤中PFOA和PFOS质量浓度与空白土壤加标回收率的影响,内标未平衡与平衡的样品结果有一定差异,最大差异达到29.7%,实际测定过程须经过充分平衡才能使结果更准确。
The influence of internal standard addition conditions on the results of isotope dilution method for determining perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)in soil was studied.Equilibrium time,vortex time,equilibrium temperature,internal standard addition range and volume were set to determine the effect on the mass concentration of polluted soil and the recovery rate of spiked blank soil,the maximum increase in equilibrium and non-equilibrium sample reached 29.7%.The actual measurement process must be fully balanced to ensure more accurate results.
