摘要
全氟化合物(per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances,PFASs)作为一种新兴有机污染物,具有环境持久性、远距离迁移性、生物累积性和生物毒性等特点,在世界范围内多种环境介质和生物样品中均广泛检出,受到了人们的普遍关注.为调查重庆长江流域鱼体和沉积物中17种PFASs的污染特征,在该流域内分别选择11个点位进行样品采集,并对鱼体和沉积物中PFASs的残留含量、分布特征和组成特征进行分析.结果显示,除全氟辛烷磺酰胺(PFOSA)在沉积物中没有检出外,其余16种PFASs在鱼体和沉积物样品中均有不同程度的检出,检出率分别为45%—100%和18%—100%,总含量范围分别为4.74—68.5 ng·g^(-1)和1.31—32.9 ng·g^(-1).长链全氟烷基羧酸类化合物(PFCAs)为主要污染物,分别占鱼体和沉积物中PFASs总含量的31.2%—73.0%和43.6%—89.2%.PFASs在生物体内的富集系数(BFAs)和沉积物中的吸附系数(lg Kd)随化合物碳链长度的增加呈增大的趋势,其中全氟乙酸(PFHxA)、全氟庚酸(PFHpA)、全氟壬酸(PFNA)、全氟癸酸(PFDA)、全氟十一烷酸(PFUdA)、全氟十二烷酸(PFDoA)、全氟十四烷酸(PFTeDA)、全氟己烷磺酸盐(PFHxS)和全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)在鱼体内具有明显的生物富集效应.
Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs),a new class of emerging organic pollutants,have received much attention on their persistent,bioaccumulative,toxic and long range transport properties,and have been widely detected in various environmental matrices and biotas from different areas globally.In the present study,crucian carp(Carassius auratus)and sediments were collected from 11 sites of the Yangtze River Basin in Chongqing City.The concentration,distribution and composition of 17 PFASs in fish and sediments were analyzed.The detection frequencies(DFs)of other PFASs in fish and sediments were 45%—100%and 18%—100%,respectively,with the exception of perfluorooctane sulfonamide(PFOSA)which was not detected in any sediment sample.The total concentrations of PFASs ranged from 4.74 to 68.5 ng·g^(-1)in fish and from 1.31 to 32.9 ng·g^(-1)in sediments,respectively.Long-chain perfluoroalkyl carboxylic acids(PFCAs)were the predominant compounds,accounting for 31.2%—73.0%of the total PFASs in fish samples,and 43.6%—89.2%in sediments.The bioaccumulation factors(BAFs)of PFASs in fish and partitioning coefficients(lg Kd)in sediments increased with the increasing of the length of the perfluoroalkyl chain,and perfluorohexanoic acid(PFHxA),perfluoroheptanoic acid(PFHpA),perfluorononanoic acid(PFNA),perfluorodecanoic acid(PFDA),perfluoroundecanoic acid(PFUdA),perfluorododecanoic acid(PFDoA),perfluorotetradecanoic acid(PFTeDA),perfluorohexane sulfonate(PFHxS)and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)showed significant bioaccumulation characters in fish.
