摘要
由于CT安检设备质量较大,在海关民航等应用场景下因载荷超过场地要求不能直接安装,限制了应用。为了能使CT安检设备在常规应用场景安装应用,分析相关场地的承载标准,在设计阶段通过结构优化设计、计算仿真等方法开展整机结构设计,再经过典型承载工况的核算和仿真验算确定了方案的可行性。在产品完成生产后,现场实际测试各支撑位置数据,达到设计预期。
Due to the large weight,CT security inspection equipment cannot be directly installed in application sites such as customs and civil aviation because the load exceeds the site requirements,which limits the application.In order to enable the installation and application of CT security inspection equipment in conventional application sites,this paper analyzes the load standards of relevant sites,carries out the structural design of the whole machine through structural optimization design,calculation and simulation in the design stage,and then determines the feasibility of the scheme through the accounting and simulation verification of typical load conditions.After the production is finished,the data of each support position is actually tested on site to meet the design expectations.
