摘要
植物中营养成分丰富,其中生物碱种类繁多、结构复杂,导致其生物活性多样。为充分利用生物碱的生物活性,不同生物碱应采用适宜的提取、分离及纯化方法。该文从化学结构的角度总结了植物中生物碱的种类,对比不同提取分离方法的优缺点,概述生物碱的分析检测方法并归纳生物碱在药食同源植物中的功效等。以期为植物中生物碱的开发及在功能性食品领域的应用提供有益参考。
Plants are rich in nutrients,among which there are many types of alkaloids with complex structures,resulting in a variety of biological activities.In order to make full use of the biological activity of alkaloids,suitable extraction,separation,and purification methods should be used for different alkaloids.In this paper,the types of alkaloids in plants were summarized from the perspective of chemical structure,and the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction and separation methods were compared.The analysis and detection methods of alkaloids were summed up,and the efficacy of alkaloids in medicinal and edible homologous plants was summarized,so as to provide a useful reference for the development of alkaloids in plants and their application in the field of functional foods.
