摘要
以某新型大盘管直流蒸汽发生器(OTSG)产品为原型,模化设计并制造了实验本体,开展了一系列工程验证性实验,研究了OTSG稳态流动传热特性、功率线性变化工况和甩负荷工况下的热工跟随特性。研究表明,OTSG在10%~100%FP功率台阶可良好运行,实验运行参数符合预期,传热能力满足设计需求。二回路蒸汽温度在110%FP左右出现拐点,表明OTSG最大传热能力高于设计值,具有一定的优化空间;OTSG在2%FF/s~10%FF/min升降速度条件和甩负荷快速阶跃工况下,均可以稳定快速实现功率台阶切换,其具有较好的热工跟随特性。实验结果充分地验证了OTSG的热工性能,为其工程应用奠定基础。
Based on a new large-diameter tube direct-steam generator(OTSG)product as a prototype,a medium-scale prototype was modeled and manufactured,and a series of engineering verification experiments were conducted.The study focused on the thermal following characteristics of the OTSG under steady-state flow heat transfer,power linear change conditions,and load rejection conditions.The research indicates that the OTSG can operate well within the power range of 10%FP to 100%FP.The experimental operating parameters conformed to expectations,and the heat transfer capacity met the design requirements.A turning point in the steam temperature of the secondary circuit was observed around 110%FP,suggesting that the OTSG s maximum heat transfer capacity exceeds the designed value and offers potential for optimization.Under conditions of lifting speed ranging from^(2)%FF/s to 10%FF/min and rapid step load rejection,the OTSG can stabilize and quickly switch between power steps,demonstrating good thermal following characteristics.The experimental results fully validate the thermal performance of the OTSG,laying a foundation for its engineering application.
