摘要
本文以冰箱侧板划模为研究对象,采用了横纵划模的结构,引入伺服电机控制划模头的左右、前后方向移动,来适应各种尺寸的产品,并通过弹簧调整划模头角度,来实现划模受力的大小,该结构使用稳定,伺服定位准确,满足了现有产品的生产。结果表明,该设备在不改变原有产品的成型工艺的基础上,占地面积小,不需要增加操作人员,产品兼容性强,解决了国内划模线的空白。
In this paper,the fridge side plate scratching die is taken as the research object.The structure of the cross and longitudinal scratching die is adopted.The servo motor is introduced to control the left and right direction of scratching die to adapt to the products of various sizes.The force of scratching die is realized by adjusting the angle of scratching die through spring.The structure is stable in use and the servo positioning is accurate which meets the production of existing products.The results show that the equipment takes up a small area without changing the forming process of original product,does not need additional operators,and has strong product compatibility which solves the blank of domestic drawing line.
