摘要
推动和服务新时代国际中文教育事业的转型升级、深化发展,亟待建构一个科学、完善、能动的国际中文教育期刊体系。期刊体系的建立将更有效地引领、服务相关事业开展,更有效地推进事实积累和理论集成,建构学科自主知识体系;更有序地落实人才培养,稳固从业人员队伍。拟构的“一体多面,分众划层;联动定位,动态发展”的国际中文教育期刊体系模型以更高质量满足国际中文教育事业发展中产生的新需求为总体目标和根本驱动力。建构期刊体系有五个环节:顶层设计,科学规划;精心筛选,合理搭配;创新造刊,分层定位;精准扶持,引导方向;科学考评,良性互动。五个环节既各自独立,又构成了循序渐进、循环往复的建构过程。
In the new era,to effectively promote the transformation,upgrading,and in-depth development of international Chinese education,it is imperative to construct a scientific,comprehensive,and dynamic journal system for the field.This system will enhance service quality for related initiatives while guiding their development.It will further facilitate fact-based knowledge accumulation,theoretical integration,and the establishment of an independent disciplinary knowledge framework.Additionally,it will systematically advance talent cultivation while stabilizing the professional workforce.The proposed"one-body,multi-dimensional"journal system model-segmented by audience and level,with coordinated positioning and dynamic development-aims to address emerging demands for high-quality advancement in international Chinese education,serving as the overarching objective and primary driving force.The construction process involves five interdependent,progressive,and cyclical steps:Top-level design and scientific planning;High-quality selection and rational resource allocation;Innovative journal development with tiered positioning;Targeted support and strategic guidance;Scientific evaluation and constructive stakeholder engagement.
