摘要
全球贸易数字化转型加速推动了跨境电商成为食品流通的新兴渠道,但食品品类的高时效敏感性、易腐特性与供应链长链条之间的矛盾日益凸显。跨境物流环节的多国监管差异、清关延迟、运输网络碎片化等问题导致配送成本上升、货损率增高,削弱了食品企业的国际竞争力。因此,本文就跨境场景下食品供应链物流系统的瓶颈突破路径展开探讨,以期通过结构性优化策略与技术赋能方案的综合设计,为全球食品贸易的高质量发展提供理论参考。
The accelerated digital transformation of global trade has driven cross-border e-commerce to become an emerging channel for food circulation,but the contradiction between the high timeliness sensitivity,perishable characteristics,and long supply chain of food categories is becoming increasingly prominent.The regulatory differences,customs clearance delays,and fragmented transportation networks in cross-border logistics have led to increased delivery costs and cargo damage rates,weakening the international competitiveness of food enterprises.Therefore,this article explores the bottleneck breakthrough path of the food supply chain logistics system in cross-border scenarios,in the hope of providing theoretical reference for the high-quality development of global food trade through the comprehensive design of structural optimization strategies and technological empowerment solutions.
