摘要
根据流行病学调查,当今社会越来越多人饱受过敏性疾病的困扰。中医学认为过敏性疾病与风邪息息相关,组方用药必有祛风之品,但风从何而来却甚少讨论。文章首先论述肝风为过敏性疾病的重要病因;其次提出从肝风治疗过敏的临床思路并结合临床案例进行分析,提出以调肝息内风为主、兼祛外风和伏风的基本治疗原则,以期为中医治疗过敏性疾病提供理论参考。
According to epidemiological investigations,more and more people in today's society are suffering from allergic diseases.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),allergic diseases are closely related to wind evil,and there must be wind-removing drugs in the prescription.However,there is litle discussion on where the wind comes from.In this paper,it was first discussed that liver wind is an important cause of allergic diseases.Secondly,it puts forward the clinical ideas of treating allergies based on liver wind,with analysis in combination with clinical cases.Finally,the basic treatment principles were proposed as primarily regulating the liver and relieving internal wind,as well as eliminating external wind and latent wind.All these aim to provide a reference for treating allergic diseases by TCM.
