摘要
目的研究分析使用精益化管理理念在医院档案管理中的实施效果及管理措施应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月湖北省第三人民医院纪委办公室工作的12名档案管理人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月开展常规管理,作为对照组,患者就诊档案共31069份;2023年1—12月使用精益化管理理念开展管理,作为观察组,就诊档案共41339份。对比两组档案正确率、档案管理人员工作能力评分。结果观察组档案总正确率99.61%(41178/41339)高于对照组98.99%(30755/31069),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=105.027,P<0.05)。观察组工作能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论使用精益化管理理念方式做医院档案管理,在增进档案正确率的同时,工作能力显著提升,促进医院档案得到有效管理。
Objective To study and analyze the implementation effect of hospital file management and the application value of management measures.Methods Twelve file managers working at the Discipline Inspection Office of Third People's Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects.From January to December 2022,routine management was conducted as the control group,with a total of 31,069 patient medical records;from January to December 2023,lean management concepts were conducted as the observation group,with a total of 41,339 medical records.The accuracy rate of files and the score of the work ability of the file management personnel of the two groups were compared.Results The total correct rate of the observation group was 99.61%(41,178/41,339),which was higher than 98.99%(30,755/31,069)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=105.027,P<0.05).The working ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lean management concepts in hospital archive management can not only improve the accuracy of archives,but also significantly enhance the management ability,promoting effective management of hospital archives.
