平贝母适宜分布区变化动态及影响因素的研究

摘要 目的:了解平贝母Fritillaria usuriensis Maxim.分布变化的特点和趋势,分析影响其野生资源的主要环境因素,为平贝母资源保护以及人工种植选址提供参考依据。方法:利用优化后的MaxEnt模型,分析平贝母的分布位点和环境变量,模拟出平贝母在历史、当代和未来不同气候情景下的适生区分布范围。结果:经测算AUC值为0.991,表明MaxEnt预测效果良好;当代平贝母总适生区面积为79.76×10^(4)km^(2),最适生区面积为31.53×10^(4)km^(2),主要位于小兴安岭、长白山脉和乌苏里江周边区域;未来不同气候情景下,平贝母最适生区均呈现扩张的趋势;影响平贝母分布的主要环境因子是最暖季降水量、温度季节性变化标准差、降水量季节性变异系数和最冷季平均温度,4个环境因子的累计贡献率达到89%。结论:建议今后应针对最适生区内野生平贝母资源开展专项调查,加大就地保护的力度。在最适生区域推广道地药材的人工种植,以保障平贝母药用资源的可持续利用。 Objective:To understand the distribution characteristics and trends of Fritillaria usuriensis and analyze the major environmental factors affecting its wild resources,so as to provide reference for the conservation of Fritillaria usuriensis resources and the location of artificial planting.Methods:Using the optimized MaxEnt model,the distribution sites and environment variables were analyzed to simulate the distribution range of the suitable areas of Fritillaria usuriensis under historical,contemporary and future climate scenarios.Results:The estimated AUC value was 0.991,indicating that MaxEnt had good prediction value.The total suitable area of the modern Fritillaria usuriensis was 797600 km^(2),and the most suitable area was 315300 km^(2),which was mainly located in the vicinity of the Lesser Khingan Mountains,Changbai Mountains and Wusuli River.Under different climate scenarios in the future,the mast suitable areas of Fritillaria usuriensis showed a trend of expansion.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Fritillaria usuriensis were the precipitation in the warmest season,the standard deviation of the seasonal change of temperature,the seasonal variation coefficient of precipitation and the average temperature in the coldest season,and the cumulative contribution rate of the four environmental factors reached 89%.Conclusion:It is suggested that special investigation should be carried out on the wild Fritillaria usuriensis resources in the most suitable areas in the future,and more efforts should be made with in situ protection,and artificial cultivation of authentic medicinal materials should be promoted in the most suitable areas to ensure the sustainable utilization of medicinal resources of Fritillaria usuriensis.
