摘要
目的:研究苦槛蓝内生真菌Nigrospora sphaerica S5次级代谢产物及其抗菌活性。方法:采用柱层析等方法分离纯化苦槛蓝内生真菌Nigrospora sphaerica S5的次级代谢产物,波谱技术鉴定结构;二倍稀释法测试所得化合物的抗菌活性。结果:从Nigrospora sphaerica S5的发酵产物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:1,8-dimethoxynaphthalene(1)、(4R)-4,8-dihydroxy-3-hydro-5-methoxy-1-naphthalenone(2)、4,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one(3)、5-甲氧基-2-甲基二氢色原酮(4)、diaporthin(5)、daldiniside C(6)、helicascolide A(7)、biscogniauxone(8)、4,8-二羟基-1-四氢萘酮(9)、4-O-methylscleron(10)、对羟基苯甲酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4~8为首次从Nigrospora属中分离得到。化合物6和8分别对O6血清型大肠杆菌和意大利青霉菌显示强抗菌活性。
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Nigrospora sphaerica S5 from Myoporum bontioides and their antimicrobial activities.Methods:The secondary metabolites of Nigrospora sphaerica S5 were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and the structures were identified by spectral technique.The antimicrobial activity of the compounds were tested by the double dilution method.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from the fermentation product of Nigrospora sphaerica S5 and identified as 1,8-dimethoxynaphthalene(1),(4R)-4,8-dihydroxy-3-hydro-5-methoxy-1-naphthalenone(2),4,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one(3),2,3-dihydro-5-methoxy-2-methylchromen-4-one(4),diaporthin(5),daldiniside C(6),helicascolide A(7),biscogniauxone(8),4,8-dihydroxy-1-tetralone(9),4-O-methylscleron(10),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(11),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,4 to 8 are isolated from Nigrospora genus for the first time,compounds 6 and 8 show strong antimicrobial activities against Escherichia coli of O6 serotype and Penicillium italicum,respectively.
