摘要
目的研究白扁豆花(Lablab Flos Alba)乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱、波谱技术对白扁豆花70%(体积分数)乙醇提取物进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。结果与结论从白扁豆花70%(体积分数)乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别为苯甲酸(1)、苯甲酰基-(S)-(-)-苹果酸二甲酯(2)、邻羟基苯甲酸(3)、顺式对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(4)、4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯(5)、阿魏酸(6)、4-羟基-5-甲基呋喃-3-羧酸(7)、麦芽酚(8)、麦芽酚β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、秦皮乙素(10)、莨菪亭(11)、脱落酸(12)和(1′R,3′R,5′R,8′S)-二氢红花菜豆酸-β-葡萄糖苷(13)。化合物1~13均为首次从白扁豆花中分离得到,其中,化合物2、6~13为首次从扁豆属中分离得到;化合物7为首次从豆科植物中分离得到。
In order to study the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract of Lablab Flos Alba,various chromatography and spectral techniques were used to separate,purify and identify the structures from the ethanol extract of Lablab Flos Alba.As a result,compounds 1-13 were isolated for the first time,which were identified as benzoic acid(1),benzoyl(S),(-)-malic acid dimethyl ester(2),o-hydroxybenzoic acid(3),methyl cis-p-hydroxycinnamate(4),methyl 4-hydroxycinnamate(5),ferulic acid(6),4-hydroxy-5-methylfuran-3-carboxylic acid(7),maltol(8),maltol β-D-glucopyranoside(9),aeculetin(10),scopoletin(11),abscisic acid(12)and(1′R,3′R,5′R,8′S)-epidihydrophaseic acid β-glucoside(13).Among them,compounds 2 and 6-13 were firstly isolated from the Dolichos genus.Moreover,compound 7 was firstly obtained from Fabaceae family.
