摘要
目的了解福建地区某三级甲等医院护士的心理健康状况,探讨护士平衡型心理契约与职业获益感的相关性。方法于2022年12月20日—2023年1月12日,采用一般资料问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、心理契约量表、护士职业获益感问卷,对福建省某三甲医院260名护士进行焦虑、抑郁等心理应激近况及职业获益感调查与数据分析。结果260名护士中有焦虑56人(占21.54%)、抑郁112人(占43.08%)。女性、中高级职称、本科及以上学历、外科护士的焦虑自评量表得分相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高级职称护士的抑郁自评量表得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、不同工龄、是否结婚、是否有共同居住者的护士间焦虑和抑郁自评量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。线性回归分析显示,平衡型心理契约对护士的职业获益感有影响,平衡型心理契约总分与职业获益感总分呈负相关(r=-0.137,P<0.05)。结论三甲医院护士的心理资本水平有待提高,医院应重视护士的职业发展,提升护士心理调适能力。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of nurses in a Grade 3A hospital in Fujian,and to explore the correlation between nurses’balanced psychological contract and their perceived professional benefits.Methods From December 20th,2022 to January 12th,2023,general data questionnaire,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),psychological contract Scale and nurses’sense of career benefit questionnaire were used to investigate and analyze the recent situation of psychological stress,such as anxiety and depression,and their perceived professional benefits among 260 nurses in a Grade 3A hospital in Fujian Province.Results Among 260 nurses,56(21.54%)were anxious and 112(43.08%)were depressed.Women nurses,nurses with intermediate or senior professional titles,nurses with a bachelor’s degree or above,and surgical nurses had relatively higher scores on the anxiety self-rating scale(P<0.05).The depression self-rating scale scores of senior professional title nurses were relatively high(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the self-rating scores of anxiety and depression among nurses of different ages,different years of service,whether they were married,and whether they had co-residents(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that balanced psychological contracts had an impact on nurses’perceived professional benefits,and the total score of balanced psychological contracts was negatively correlated with the total score of perceived professional benefits(r=-0.137,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of psychological capital of nurses in Grade 3A hospitals needs to be improved.Hospitals should pay attention to the nurses’career development,and improve nurses’psychological adjustment ability,which is important to their career achievement.
