摘要
在新发展阶段,高质量发展已成为我国产业转型升级的核心任务,峨眉武术产业正面临关键的发展机遇与挑战。该研究聚焦于峨眉武术产业的可持续发展,基于文献分析与政策文本研究,结合高质量发展的内涵与时代赋予的使命,从供给端和需求端两个维度系统梳理其核心需求要素。供给端需求包含劳动力要素供给、信息化课程体系建设以及资金投入等生产性需求;需求端涵盖峨眉山自然旅游资源、佛教文化资源等生活性需求,以及武术游学、武术培训、武术赛事等消费性需求。研究表明,峨眉武术产业应充分运用政策工具激发创新活力,构建低、中、高三级梯度化市场体系,整合政策资源、地域文化资源、体育消费资源以及专业人力资源,实现供需动态平衡,推动产业长期可持续发展,最终达成高质量发展目标。
In the new development stage,high-quality development has become the core task of industrial transformation and upgrading in China,with the Emei Wushu industry facing critical development opportunities and challenges.This research focuses on the sustainable development of the Emei Wushu industry.Based on literature analysis and policy text research,and aligned with the connotation and objectives of high-quality development and the mission given by the times,it systematically sorts out its core demand elements from the two dimensions of supply and demand.The supply side demand includes productive demands such as labor force supply,information technology curriculum system construction,and capital investment;The demand side covers daily demands such as natural tourism resources and Buddhist culture resources in Mount Emei,as well as consumer demands such as Wushu study tours,training,and competitions.The research indicates that the Emei Wushu industry should fully utilize policy tools to stimulate innovative vitality,construct a low,medium,and high tiered gradient market system,and integrate policy resources,regional cultural resources,sports consumption resources,and professional human resources to achieve dynamic supply-demand balance and promote long-term sustainable development of the industry,ultimately realize high-quality development goals.
