摘要
新质生产力是促进乡村产业振兴的关键。新质生产力对于乡村产业发展具有多重实施路径,通过技术创新、人才培育、要素优化、绿色生态发展等赋能乡村产业振兴。但也面临着现实挑战,人才需求与数字理念存在差距,资金不足限制乡村产业规模与技术的提升,绿色高质量发展存在困境,新质生产力赋能乡村产业发展体制不健全等问题。基于此,可以通过健全新质人才培育机制、优化乡村产业资金环境、实施绿色产业发展,健全新质生产力赋能乡村产业发展体制机制能有效地激活乡村产业发展的新动能和新价值。
New quality productive forces is the key to promoting the revitalization of rural industries.New quality productive forces has multiple implementation paths for the development of rural industries,empowering the revitalization of rural industries through technological innovation,talent cultivation,factor optimization,and green ecological development.However,it also faces practical challenges.There is a gap between talent demand and digital concepts,insufficient funds limit the improvement of rural industry scale and technology,there are difficulties in green and high-quality development,and the system for empowering rural industry development with new quality productivity is not perfect.Based on this,we can effectively activate the new momentum and new value of rural industrial development by improving the mechanism for cultivating new talents,optimizing the financial environment for rural industries,implementing green industry development,and improving the system and mechanism for empowering rural industrial development with new quality productivity.
