摘要
新质生产力是以创新为特点的先进生产力形态,在当代中国式现代化的建设进程中具有重要意义。发展新质生产力,关键在“质优”,契合了我国乡村振兴高质量发展的现实需求。新质生产力在赋能乡村振兴高质量发展过程中面临着基础设施建设瓶颈制约、科技成果转化困难、农民思想观念落后等现实问题。对于此类问题,应从因地制宜完善顶层设计、加强农业人才培养以及助推农村产业转型升级三方面入手予以解决,努力实现新质生产力在提升农民福祉、加快农业现代化中的赋能作用,助力农业农村现代化的建设发展。
New quality productive forces,characterized by innovation,represent an advanced quality state of productive forc-es and hold significant importance in the construction process of Chinese-style modernization.The development of new quality productive forces is crucially about“excellence in quality”,which aligns with the practical needs of high-quality development in rural revitalization in China.In the process of empowering high-quality development in rural revitalization,new quality produc-tive forces are faced with practical challenges such as bottlenecks in infrastructure construction,difficulties in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and backward thinking among farmers.To address these issues,efforts should be made in three areas:tailoring top-level design according to local conditions,strengthening the training of agricultural talents,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industries.This will endeavor to enable the empowering role of new quality productive forces in enhancing the welfare of farmers and accelerating agricultural modernization,thereby aiding in the construction and development of modernization in agriculture and rural areas.
