我很荣幸应邀参加这样一个著名的论坛,尤其是在当前这样一个复杂而关键的时刻。像我们这样由中国社会科学院和中国一中东欧国家合作秘书处推动的国际会议,是开展对话和重建共同愿景的宝贵资源,在最需要的时候有利于促进国际社会的经济和社会发展。
Multilateral platforms are crucial for collectively addressing the challenges posed by the development of artificial intelligence.The European Union has accumulated rich experience in promoting integration and policy formulation,and this multifaceted approach can provide valuable insights for tackling Al-related issues.Despite the significant achievements in AI technology,the deep interaction between AI and social systems,as well as the cross-cultural complexities,remain areas that require further exploration.Research in AI needs to be broadened from a humanistic perspective,focusing not only on its performance and user perception but also on the accuracy and cultural adaptability of data annotation.Data annotation is a critical component of Al,yet it currently faces issues such as low-quality annotations and potential biases.Studies have shown that dataset biases can lead to unfair outcomes,highlighting the need for developing more reliable data annotation methods.The international community should collaborate to ensure that the development of AI technology aligns with shared human values and prevents it from becoming a tool that exacerbates inequality.
