摘要
【目的】从专利视角,了解全球小麦育种技术发展现状及趋势,以期为小麦育种技术研究及应用提供参考。【方法】对全球小麦育种专利进行申请趋势、技术构成、申请人、发明人及中国专利情况等多维度分析。【结果】①全球小麦育种专利申请量呈现逐年增长趋势,全球研究方向主要集中在C12N、C12Q和A01H领域;②前10位申请人中中国高校和科研机构占比较大,中、美学者的贡献更加突出;③黄淮海地区及周边省份关于中国小麦育种技术的专利申请较多,但专利转化率偏低,专利维持时间短。【结论】今后应努力提升专利质量,提高专利转化水平,努力提高技术创新度,在小麦育种领域实现新突破。
[Purposes]To understand the current status and trends of global wheat breeding technology development from a patent perspective,in order to provide reference for the research and application of wheat breeding technology.[Methods]A multidimensional analysis was conducted on the application trends,technical composition,applicants,inventors,and Chinese patent situation of global wheat breeding technology.[Findings]①Global wheat breeding patents have shown an increasing trend year by year,with research directions mainly concentrated in the fields of C12N,C12Q,and A01H.②The top ten applicants are Chinese universities and research institutions,with outstanding contributions from Chinese and American scholars in this field.③China has applied for more wheat breeding technology patents in the Huang-Huai-Hai region and surrounding provinces,but the patent conversion rate is low and the patent maintenance time is short.[Conclusions]In the future,efforts should be made to improve the quality of patents,enhance the level of patent conversion levels,strengthen improve technological innovation,and strive for achieve new breakthroughs in the field of wheat breeding.
