摘要
近年来,随着全球人口不断增长以及耕地面积减少,农作物生产面临诸多挑战。新兴的基因编辑技术能够快速定向编辑农作物的基因组,为农作物定向改良和精准育种提供有力的技术支撑。本文综述CRISPR/Cas介导的基因敲除、单碱基编辑、基因精准替换和引导编辑技术的研发及其在农作物改良中的应用进展,并对未来的研发方向进行展望,以期为农作物基因编辑研究和应用提供参考。
In recent years, global crop production is facing challenges following the increasing world population and decreased farmland. The emerging CRISPR/Cas-mediated genome editing technologies enable targeted gene-specific modification in crops,thus offering great potential in targeted improvement and precision breeding of crops. This review intends to provide an informative summary of the latest development and breakthroughs in CRISPR/Cas mediated genome editing technologies including gene knockout, base editing, gene replacement and prime editing, as well as their applications in crop improvement. Finally, the future prospects of genome editing in crops are discussed, in order to provide references for the development and application of genome editing in crops.
