摘要
获得幸福感是创业者坚持创业的动力。基于西部地区脱贫县892名返乡创业农民工的调查数据,探讨家庭支持对幸福感的影响及作用机制。研究发现:家庭支持对返乡创业农民工幸福感的提升具有显著正向影响;家庭支持通过提升创业绩效增强返乡创业农民工幸福感;当创业动机较弱时,家庭支持对返乡创业农民工幸福感的正向影响更为明显。
The well-being of entrepreneurs serves as a crucial driver for sustaining their entrepreneurial efforts.Based on survey data from 892 returning migrant workers who have started businesses in impoverished counties in western China,the study explored the impact of family support on their well-being and the underlying mechanisms involved.The findings revealed that family support had a significant positive impact on enhancing the well-being of migrant-returned-entrepreneur workers.Entrepreneurial performance mediated the relationship between family support and entrepreneur well-being.When entrepreneurial motivation was weaker,the positive effect of family support became more pronounced.
