摘要
为准确掌握铁路货车轮轴运行规律、及时研判风险,推进铁路货车由计划性预防修向数字化精准维修转变,构建铁路货车轮轴故障预测与健康管理(PHM,Prognostics Health Management)系统。该系统集成了车辆运行安全监控体系(简称:5T系统)、铁路货车技术管理信息系统(HMIS,Railway Freight Car Technical Management Information System)等的数据,实现对货车轮轴状态的实时监控、故障预测,以及健康管理。在部分铁路局集团公司上线运行的结果表明,该系统可有效提升铁路货车轮轴维修的智能化与精细化水平,为降低运营维护(简称:运维)成本、提升运维效率提供技术支持。
In order to accurately grasp the operating rules of railway freight car axles,timely assess risks,and promote the transformation of railway freight cars from planned preventive maintenance to digital precision maintenance,this paper constructed a fault prediction and health management system for railway freight car axle.This system integrated data from vehicle operation safety monitoring and control system(abbreviated as 5T system),railway freight car technology management information system,etc.,to implement real-time monitoring and control of freight car axle status,fault prediction,and health management.The results of the system's online operation in some railway group companies indicate that it can effectively improve the intelligence and refinement level of railway freight car axle maintenance,provide technical support for reducing operation and maintenance costs and improve operation and maintenance efficiency.
