摘要
目的探究小儿生长贴贴敷加穴位按摩对身高发育迟缓儿童身高增长的影响。方法选取60例身高发育迟缓儿童,随机分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组接受常规生活习惯改善干预,研究组接受小儿生长贴贴敷加穴位按摩。对比两组身高、体重、生长速度、干预满意度及胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-1)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)水平。结果干预前,两组身高、体重和生长速度对比无明显差异性(P>0.05);干预后,研究组身高(139.0±5.6)cm、体重(35.8±6.5)kg、生长速度(1.0±0.2)cm/个月优于对照组的(130.2±4.3)cm、(32.1±4.5)kg、(0.8±0.3)cm/个月(P<0.05)。干预前,两组IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平对比无明显差异性(P>0.05);干预后,研究组IGF-1(207.4±8.3)ng/ml、IGFBP-3(5.1±0.9)μg/ml高于对照组的(178.0±10.2)ng/ml、(4.3±1.1)μg/ml(P<0.05)。研究组的干预满意度93.3%高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论对身高发育迟缓儿童进行小儿生长贴贴敷加穴位按摩,其身高、体重和生长速度增加,IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平提高,患儿及家属满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of pediatric growth patch application plus acupoint massage on height growth in children with growth retardation.Methods A total of 60 children with growth retardation were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each consisting of 30 cases.The control group received routine lifestyle improvement,and the study group received pediatric growth patch application plus acupoint massage.The height,weight,growth rate,intervention satisfaction,and the levels of insulin growth factor-1(IGF-1)and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in height,weight and growth rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the height of the study group was(139.0±5.6)cm,the weight was(35.8±6.5)kg and the growth rate was(1.0±0.2)cm/month,which were better than(130.2±4.3)cm,(32.1±4.5)kg and(0.8±0.3)cm/month of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group had IGF-1 of(207.4±8.3)ng/ml and IGFBP-3 of(5.1±0.9)μg/ml,which were higher than(178.0±10.2)ng/ml and(4.3±1.1)μg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction rate of 93.3%in the study group was higher than 66.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with growth retardation,the pediatric growth patch plus acupoint massage intervention can increase height,weight and growth rate,and improve IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels,and the satisfaction of the children and their families is high.
