摘要
目的探究中药熏洗联合红光照射治疗肛肠术后疼痛及创面恢复的效果。方法选取本院2024年1月至2024年12月80例肛肠术后患者,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,观察组采用中药熏洗联合红光照射治疗,对比两组疼痛程度、创面恢复效果等。结果干预后观察组VAS评分和中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面恢复效果优于对照组,且观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合红光照射治疗对于降低患者疼痛程度,促进创面恢复,改善临床症状均具有积极的意义,可确保患者术后恢复效果及生活质量的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM fumigation and washing combined with red light irradiation on treating pain and wound recovery after anorectal surgery.Methods Eighty patients after anorectal surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution sitz bath,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation combined with red light irradiation,and the pain degree and wound recovery effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the VAS score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with red light irradiation treatment is of positive significance for reducing the pain degree of patients,promoting the recovery of wound and improving clinical symptoms,which can ensure the postoperative recovery effect and the improvement of life quality of patients.
