摘要
随着全球气候变化问题日益严峻,如何早日实现碳达峰与碳中和的“双碳”目标在我国已是关乎民生和经济发展的重要议题。在这一背景下,工业转型被视为实现“双碳”目标的关键途径,对环境质量的改善有重要影响。本文通过分析“双碳”目标下驱动工业转型的主要因素,探讨工业转型对环境质量的正面与负面影响,发现合理引导和支持工业绿色转型可以有效降低碳排放,促进生态环境可持续发展。在此基础上,本文提出了在推动工业转型过程中要进一步提升环境质量的可行性建议。
As the issue of global climate change becomes increasingly severe,the early achievement of the"dual carbon"goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality has become a crucial topic concerning both livelihoods and economic development in our country.Against this backdrop,industrial transformation is viewed as a key pathway to realising these"dual carbon"objectives,exerting a significant impact on the improvement of environmental quality.This article analyses the primary factors driving industrial transformation under the dual carbon goals and explores the positive and negative effects of such transformation on environmental quality.It finds that appropriately guiding and supporting green industrial transformation can effectively reduce carbon emissions and promote the sustainable development of the ecological environment.On this basis,the article proposes feasible suggestions for further enhancing environmental quality during the process of promoting industrial transformation.
