摘要
在数字经济的背景下,高职院校面临着培养新型数字人才的迫切需求。当前高职院校在创新创业教育方面仍存在理念落后、教育模式发展不足、教育管理体制需改革、专业布局趋同与人才培养模式雷同、师资队伍薄弱等问题。为了提升教育质量和效果,高职院校需要更新创新教育理念,改革教育模式,促进教育管理体制改革,加强师资队伍建设,开放实践平台,提升主体认知,从而满足社会对数字人才的需求,推动区域经济发展,实现职业教育现代化。
Under the background of digital economy,higher vocational colleges are faced with an urgent need to cultivate new digital talents.At present,there are still some problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,such as backward concept,insufficient development of education mode,the need for reform of education management system,the convergence of professional layout and the same talent training mode,and the weak teaching staff.In order to improve the education quality and effect,higher vocational colleges need to update innovative education idea,reform education mode,promote the education management system reform,strengthen the construction of teachers troop,open practice platform,improve subject cognition,to meet the social demand for digital talent,promote regional economic development,realize the modernization of vocational education.
