人工智能赋能教育集团教师高质量发展:AI+OTCR模式构建

摘要 人工智能助推教师队伍高质量发展是支撑教育强国与教育现代化建设的战略选择。当前我国教育集团教师队伍存在人员规模体量较大、起点水平参差不齐、育人质量难以保障等问题。借鉴国内外相关文献,以智慧教育理论与系统工程思想为指导,采用文献研究、理论分析等方法,对人工智能赋能教育集团教师高质量发展进行研究。首先,对人工智能赋能教育集团教师高质量发展进行逻辑分析,明晰教育集团教师高质量发展的具体表征、逻辑理路与实现路径;接着,彰显教师专业发展的高质量方向,凸显成果导向思维,深化人工智能赋能作用,构建教育集团教师高质量发展的AI+OTCR模式;最后,面向广州体育东教育集团,按照“数字联动锚定发展问题—数实融合贯通发展环节—数智赋能重构发展路径”三个阶段,采用“数字循证,明确发展方向”“突破壁垒,贯通发展环节”“协同育人,创新保障机制”的实践方法,对AI+OTCR模式进行为期6年的持续应用。相关材料和数据表明,该模式在促进教师发展、培养学生素质、提升集团品牌等方面具有明显效果。 The facilitation of the high-quality development of the teaching force through artificial intelligence constitutes a strategic option for supporting the construction of a powerful nation of education and the modernization of education.This research,directed at issues such as the considerable size of the teaching staff in educational groups,the uneven initial proficiency levels,and the difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of education,refers to relevant domestic and international literature studies.Guided by the theories of intelligent education and systems engineering,and by employing methods such as literature research and theoretical analysis,first and foremost,a logical analysis of the high-quality development of teachers in educational groups empowered by artificial intelligence is conducted,clarifying the specific manifestations,logical paths,and implementation approaches for the high-quality development of teachers in educational groups.Subsequently,demonstrating the high-quality development direction of the teacher’s profession,highlighting the outcome-oriented thinking and deepening the empowerment effect of artificial intelligence,an AI+OTCR model for the high-quality development of teachers in educational groups is constructed.Finally,in the context of the Guangzhou Tiyudong Education Group,the AI+OTCR model was continuously applied over a period of six years in accordance with three stages:“Digital coordination to anchor development issues”,“Integration of digital and physical realms to connect developmental stages”,and“Digital intelligence empowerment for reconfiguring development paths”,adhering to the practical approaches of“Digital evidence-based to define the development direction”,“Break through barriers to integrate developmental stages”,and“Collaborative education to innovate the guarantee mechanism”.Relevant materials and data indicate that this model has demonstrated significant effects in three aspects:promoting teachers’development,cultivating students’qualities,and enhancing the brand of the group.
