不同损伤级别的制氢转化炉管蠕变性能研究

摘要 根据某炼油厂制氢炉转化炉管的超声检测结果,选取了3种不同损伤状态下的转化炉管进行蠕变性能试验,获取了3种不同损伤状态下的转化炉管蠕变性能数据,分析了3种不同状态的炉管蠕变性能的变化趋势。同时也完成了干烧炉管、新采购的同一厂家的转化炉管的蠕变性能试验。对试验获得的转化炉管蠕变性能数据进行对比分析,阐述了不同损伤状态下的转化炉管蠕变性能的变化特性,为后期的不同损伤级别炉管的剩余寿命评估提供数据。 According to the ultrasonic testing results of the reformer tubes of a hydrogen production furnace in an oil refinery,three kinds of reformer tubes with different damage conditions were selected for creep performance test,and the creep performance data of reformer tubes with three different damage conditions were obtained,and the change trend of creep performance of reformer tubes with three different conditions was analyzed.At the same time,the creep performance tests of dry-fired furnace tubes and newly purchased reforming furnace tubes from the same manufacturer were also completed.The creep performance data of reformer tubes obtained from the test were compared and analyzed,and the change characteristics of creep performance of reformer tubes under different damage conditions were expounded,providing data for the residual life evaluation of reformer tubes with different damage levels in the later period.
