摘要
对国产ZG4Cr25Ni35WNb离心铸管进行了高温持久性能试验和渗碳层厚度检测,并用Larson-Miller法对炉管的剩余寿命进行了预测。结果表明,国产高离心铸管的剩余寿命超过了进口的KHR35CW离心铸管。
The high temperature endurance testing and carbonizedthickness detection of domestic ZG4Cr25Ni35WNb centrifugal casting pipe are carried on. The remainer life of furnace pipe are predicted with Larson-Miller mehtod.The results denote that the remainer lifeof dimesitc centrifugal casting pipe exceded that of imported KHR35-CWcentrifugal casting pipe.
