摘要
目的 基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer对中医适宜技术防治近视的研究进行可视化分析。方法 纳入1994年1月1日—2024年5月31日中国知网、万方医学网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库收录的中医适宜技术防控近视的相关研究文献,采用Excel 2021软件绘制年发文量统计趋势图,CiteSpace和VOSviewer文献计量学软件对作者、研究机构、关键词、研究热点等进行分析并绘制可视化图谱。结果 (1)发文量:共纳入文献591篇,近30年来总发文量呈波动式持续上升趋势。(2)作者分析:共有作者1,456位,核心作者232位,累计发文量565篇。作者之间合作较为松散。(3)研究机构分析:共有机构292个,连线107条,合作网络密度为0.0025,图表中各机构之间连线较稀疏,表明各机构以内部合作为主,相互之间研究合作较少。(4)关键词共现:共有关键词116个,排名前3位分别为“近视”“耳穴贴压”“针刺”。(5)关键词聚类及突现:共得到11个高频聚类。早期关键词为“疗效观察”“治疗方法”“王不留行”“屈光不正”“临床观察”;中期为“学生”“假性近视”“针灸”“电针”“中药熏眼”“穴位按摩”;近期为“揿针”“视力”“数据挖掘”“四明穴”“选穴规律”“眼轴”“近视防控”。结论 中医适宜技术防治近视的研究文献呈快速发展趋势,但总体上仅限于临床治疗和疗效观察层面,对具体某一治法的机制研究较少,作者和机构间合作交流欠缺,研究深度和有效性等方面亟待优化加强。
OBJECTIVE To conduct a visual analysis of research on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)appropriate techniques for myopia prevention and treatment using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.METHODS Literature related to TCM appropriate techniques for myopia prevention and treatment published between January 1st,1994,and May 31 st,2024,was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,VIP Chinese Sci-Tech Journal Database,and CBM.Excel 2021 software was used to plot annual publication trends.Bibliometric software CiteSpace and VOSviewer were employed to analyze authors,institutions,keywords,and research hotspots,and to generate visual maps.RESULTS(1)Publication volume:A total of 591 articles were included,showing a fluctuating but overall upward trend over the past 30 years.(2)Author analysis:There were 1,456 authors,including 232 core authors who contributed 565 articles.(3)Institutional analysis:A total of 292 institutions and 107 collaboration links were identified,with a network density of 0.0025.Sparse inter-institutional connections indicated that collaborations were primarily internal rather than cross-institutional.(4)Keyword co-occurrence:116 keywords were identified,with the top three being"myopia""auricular point pressing"and"acupuncture".(5)Keyword clustering:11 high-frequency clusters were generated.(6)Keyword bursts:Early keywords included"curative effect observation""treatment methods""Semen Vaccariae""refractive error"and"clinical observation";Mid-term keywords included"students""pseudomyopia""acupuncture""electroacupuncture""herbal fumigation"and"acupoint massage";Recent keywords included"press needle""visual acuity""data mining""Siming acupoints""acupoint selection patterns""axial length"and"myopia prevention".CONCLUSIONS Research on TCM appropriate techniques for myopia prevention and treatment is growing rapidly.However,current studies focus mainly on clinical treatment and efficacy observation,with limited exploration of underlying mechanisms for specific therapies.Collaboration among authors and institutions remains insufficient,and research depth and validity require optimization to facilitate broader clinical and grassroots applications.
