摘要
在资源保存理论视域下,以网络主播为样本,探索人工智能时代情绪劳动的影响因素及作用机制具有重要价值。研究显示,社会支持正向影响深层表演,职业认同在社会支持影响表层表演和深层表演过程中均发挥间接效应。此外,环境不确定性在以上路径中发挥调节作用。面对人工智能技术对劳动形态的不断重塑,须坚守人类在劳动中的主体地位,挖掘人类劳动的优势领域,以马克思劳动价值观为指导,从政府、企业和个体三个层面出发,在引导和规范人工智能技术创新发展方向、为劳动解放提供必要条件的同时,重塑教育和社会分工体系,预防技术滥用,持续提升自身素质与能力,构建人机协同交互的智能劳动生态系统。
Under the perspective of COR theory,this paper explores the influencing factors and action mechanisms of emotional labor in the era of artificial intelligence.The results show that social support positively affects deep performance,and professional identity plays an indirect effect in social support affecting both surface performance and deep performance process.Moreover,environmental uncertainty plays a moderated role in the above pathways.In the face of artificial intelligence technology reshaping labor shape,we need to stick to the dominant position of human in labor,mining human labor advantages.Guided by Marx’s labor values,from the government,enterprises and individuals,in the guide and standardize the direction of artificial intelligence technology innovation,we provide necessary conditions for labor liberation at the same time,reshape the education and social division of labor system,prevent technology abuse,continue to improve their own quality and ability,and build human-machine collaborative interaction of intelligent labor ecosystem.
