摘要
随着人口老龄化进程的加速,老年人群已成为旅游市场中不容忽视的重要组成部分。然而,旅游业中长期存在的虚假旅游信息不仅致使老年人频频被骗,损害老年人权益,还严重影响了旅游市场的健康发展。文章在梳理相关文献的基础上,采用具身视角,使用扎根理论对收集的老年人旅游受骗的新闻资讯文本进行分析,提炼出14个范畴、7个主范畴和1个核心范畴,并据此构建出老年人虚假旅游信息采纳机制模型。研究表明,老年人虚假旅游信息采纳行为分为唤起需求、浸入情境、生成认知和采纳决策等4个阶段。身体和感知的弱化状态与信息发布者所塑造的特殊情境的综合作用是致使老年人更易采纳虚假旅游信息的本质原因。在虚假信息采纳过程中,老年人的求利心理和社会交往情况发挥重要作用。
With the acceleration of population aging,the elderly has become an indispensable part of the tourism market.However,the long-standing issue of disinformation in tourism industry not only frequently results in the elderly being deceived and damages their rights and interests,but also seriously hinders the healthy development of the tourism market.Based on a review of relevant literature,this study employs an embodied perspective and conducts a grounded theory analysis of the collected news and information texts of the elderly who were deceived in tourism,extracting 14 corresponding categories,seven main categories and one core category.Accordingly,a model of the adoption mechanism of tourism disinformation by the elderly is constructed.The study reveals that the elderly’s adoption behavior of tourism disinformation progresses through four stages:arousing demand,context immersion,cognition generation and adoption decision.The interplay of their declining physical and perceptual capabilities and the manipulative contexts created by the information agents,constitutes the essential reason why the elderly are more prone to adopt tourism disinformation.During the adoption process,the elderly’s profit-seeking mindset and social interaction play crucial roles.
