基于AHP-TOPSIS评判模型的尾砂浓密装置优选

Optimal Selection of Tailings Thickening Devices Based on the AHP-TOPSIS Evaluation Model

摘要 为解决尾砂浓密装置多样性给矿山选择符合实际的尾砂浓密装置带来困难的问题,提出一种基于AHP-TOPSIS评判模型的浓密装置优选方法。结合某多金属矿山的充填实际情况,从经济、场地条件、技术等方面选取13个评判指标,通过专家打分的方式对3种浓密装置方案(立式砂仓、深锥浓密机、膏体仓储浓密机)进行综合评判优选。通过计算分析,得出了3种方案的综合优越度分别为49.51%、17.42%、80.11%,因此判定膏体仓储浓密机方案为最佳方案。该结果与现场实际应用情况相符,某多金属矿山采用基于膏体仓储浓密机的充填工艺,单台膏体仓储浓密机尾砂处理能力超过100 t/h,尾砂存储能力超过1 600 t,浓密机最高底流质量浓度达74%,充填效果良好。该评判模型为尾砂浓密装置的选择提供一种新方法。 To address the challenges of selecting suitable tailings thickening devices for domestic mines due to the diversity of available options,a thickening device optimization method based on the AHP-TOPSIS evaluation model was proposed.Based on the actual filling situation of a certain polymetallic mine,13 evaluation indicators were selected from aspects such as economy,site conditions,and technology.Three thickening device schemes,including vertical sand silo,deep cone thickener,and paste storage thickener,were comprehensively evaluated and optimized through expert scoring.By calculation and analysis,the comprehensive superiority of the three schemes is found to be 49.51%,17.42%and 80.11%,respectively.Therefore,the paste storage thickener scheme is determined to be the best scheme.The result is consistent with the actual application situation on site in a certain polymetallic mine,which adopts a filling process based on paste storage thickener.The tailings processing capacity of a single paste storage thickener exceeds 100 t/h,and the tailings storage capacity exceeds 1600 t.The highest bottom flow mass concentration of the thickener reaches 74%,with a good filling effect.This evaluation model can provide a new method for optimal selection of tailings thickening devices.
