武山铜矿全尾砂膏体充填顶板稳定性分析 被引量:5

摘要 以武山铜矿下向进路膏体充填顶板为研究对象,对顶板充填体进行稳定性分析。通过分析武山铜矿矿体及充填体岩石力学试验强度参数,得出膏体充填顶板强度主要取决于1∶4灰砂比打底层强度。在考虑合理安全系数的基础上,采用弹性力学法——简支梁模型、薄板模型,在不同回采断面尺寸工况条件下,对打底层充填体单轴抗压强度需求进行理论计算。经计算,充填体实际单轴抗压、单轴抗拉强度满足进路顶板稳定性需求。结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件对打底层稳定性的分析,发现顶板打底层存在拉伸及剪切塑性区,但总体范围较小,且两者之间未发生贯通,顶板总体呈稳定状态。 Taking the downward approach paste filling roof of Wushan Copper Mine as the research object,the stability analysis of the roof filling body is carried out.The strength parameters of the rock mechanics test of Wushan Copper Mine ore body and filling body are analyzed,and it is concluded that the strength of the paste filling roof mainly depends on the strength of the bottom layer with a 1:4 lime-sand ratio.On the basis of considering a reasonable safety factor,the elastic mechanics method—simply supported beam model and thin plate model are used to theoretically calculate the uniaxial compressive strength requirements of the bottom filling body under the working conditions of different mining section sizes.After calculation,the actual uniaxial compressive strength and uniaxial tensile strength of the filling body meet the stability requirements of the access roof.Combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation software to analyze the stability of the bottom layer,according to the analysis results,there are tensile and shear plastic zones in the roof bottom layer,but the overall range is small,and there is no penetration between the two,and the roof is generally in a stable state.
