降低蒸汽锅炉入口软化水电导率研究

摘要 海上某平台是稠油热采油田,油田西块馆陶组为特殊稠油(2908 mPa·s),以边、底水油藏为主,储量丰度高,物性好,适合开展海上规模热采示范。油田蒸汽锅炉入口软化水电导率存在偏高的问题,海水淡化系统产水量低,产水不稳定,冻堵风险高。本文全面细致的分析并逐条进行现场验证问题存在的原因,最终确认了PH调节剂加药浓度的原因。通过化学药剂BHQ-08浓度调整,完成了蒸汽锅炉入口软化水电导率的目标。 A certain offshore platform is a heavy oil thermal recovery oilfield,and the Guantao Formation in the western block of the oilfield is a special heavy oil(2908 mPa•s)mainly composed of edge and bottom water reservoirs with high reserve abundance and good physical properties,suitable for conducting large-scale offshore thermal recovery demonstrations.There is a problem of high conductivity of softened water at the inlet of oil field steam boilers,low water production in seawater desalination systems,unstable water production,and high risk of freezing and blockage.This article provides a comprehensive and detailed analysis,and conducts on-site verification of the causes of the problems one by one,ultimately confirming the reason for the concentration of pH regulator added.By adjusting the concentration of chemical agent BHQ-08,the target of conductivity of softened water at the inlet of the steam boiler has been achieved.
