摘要
对大唐保定热电厂2台机组蒸汽氢电导率长期超标,导致低压缸部位酸性腐蚀问题进行分析,认为蒸汽氢电导率超标是由于蒸汽中乙酸根含量偏高,使锅炉补给水中有机物含量高所造成的,提出去除补给水中有机物和防止阳树脂被过量氧化剂氧化的解决方案,并结合不同工艺对2种滤料去除水中有机物的效果进行了现场试验研究。
Based on analysis on the acid corrosion phenomena on steam turbine by hydrogen-conductivity overstep,in Baoding thermal power plant,the cause is found out that acetic acid content in steam is so high to lead high organic acids content in boiler feedwater.The settlements are brought forward,including organic acid removal in feedwater and excessive oxidation prevention for cation resin,and combined with vary technics,tests are made to research the removal results.
