一种转台定位精度与重复性自动检测系统设计

Design of automatic detection system for turntable positioning accuracy and repeatability

摘要 针对各类型转台在出厂前必须对其定位精度和重复性这2个重要参数指标进行快速、高效检测的需求,文章设计了一套能够实现自动检测且满足国家计量技术规范(JJF1210-2008)和国军标(GJB1801-93)要求的检测系统。该系统通过Wi-Fi实现转台、自准直仪和上位机之间的数据传输,上位机在接收数据后通过上位机软件进行实时自动分析、处理和数字、图形化显示。同时,上位机还可根据测试需求自动向转台发送控制指令实现转位动作,对各类转台的定位精度和重复性进行快速、自动检测并自动生成检测报告。实测表明,该系统具有检测高效、准确、自动化的特点;检测结果稳定可靠,检测灵活性强;大幅缩短了检测周期,提高了检测效率,为进一步提升转台产品质量的检测水平提供了有力支持。 To fulfill the requirements that the two important parameters of positioning accuracy and repeatability of each type of turntable must be detected quickly and efficiently before leaving the factory,a set of system is designed and developed.The system can realize the automatic detection of these two parameters,and the detection system can meet the needs of the national metrology specification(JJF1210-2008)and the national military standard(GJB1801-93).Besides,the system can realize the data transmission between the turntable,the autocollimator and the upper computer through Wi-Fi.After receiving the data,the upper computer carries out real-time automatic analysis,processing and digital and graphical display by the upper computer software.At the same time,the upper computer can also automatically send control instructions to the turntable according to the test requirements,and it can realize the rapid and automatic detection of the positioning accuracy and repeatability of various turntables and automatically generate the detection report.The actual measurement shows that the system has the characteristics of high efficiency,accuracy and automation.Meanwhile,the detection results are stable and reliable,and the detection flexibility is strong.It greatly shortens the detection cycle and improves the detection efficiency,and provides the strong support for further enhancing the quality inspection level of turntable products.
