摘要
围绕电梯质量安全管理现实需求,提出了"技术-平台-标准"为支撑的电梯质量安全追溯体系总体架构及追溯信息链网,以PDCA循环改进的质量管理理念为抓手,从追溯对象入手阐述各个环节的过程及关键点,重点研究电梯质量安全追溯体系的建设流程,为实现电梯全生命周期内信息的跟踪与追溯,达到精准、科学智慧监管的目标提供支撑。
According to the actual needs of elevator quality and safety management,this paper proposes the overall framework and traceability information chain of elevator quality and safety traceability system,which is supported by the"technologyplatform-standard".Taking the improved concept of quality management traceability with PDCA,it elaborates on the process and key points in various stages targeting at the traceability objects,and mainly studies the construction process of elevator quality and safety traceability system,which will support the information tracking and tracing of elevator life cycle and the goal of accurate and scientific supervision of elevator.
