摘要
为揭示特厚煤层分层开采上分层漏风对采空区遗煤自燃的影响规律及影响范围,以某煤矿8511采空区为研究对象,采用SF_(6)示踪气体法开展上分层采空区水平漏风测试,明确特厚煤层上下分层间主要漏风通道及其漏风速率,并划分了三片漏风重点区域;结合漏风测定结果及现场关键参数,构建8511采空区三维几何模型,模拟上分层采空区风流场和氧气场的分布规律。结果表明:上下分层间漏风量表现为层伏特征,区域内最大漏风速率在5.33~15.71 m/min,最小漏风速率在5.16~13.58 m/min,平均速率为8.166 m/min;上分层风流场与氧气场分布规律基本相同,风流沿下分层工作面两顺槽顶板裂隙进行上分层采空区,数值模拟结果与现场测定结果一致。研究成果为下分层工作面煤自燃主动防控提供了数据支撑。
In order to reveal the influence law and scope of upper layer air leakage on spontaneous combustion of coal left in goaf during layer mining in extra thick coal seam,taking goaf 8511 of a coal mine as the research object,SF_(6) tracer gas method was used to carry out horizontal air leakage test in upper layer goaf,identify the main air leakage channels and air leakage rates between the upper and lower layers of extra thick coal seam,and divide three key areas of air leakage.Combined with air leakage measurement results and field key parameters,a 3D geometric model of goaf 8511 was built to simulate the distribution of air flow field and oxygen field in goaf.The results show that the air leakage between upper and lower layers is layered.The maximum air leakage rate ranges from 5.33 to 15.71 m/min,the minimum air leakage rate ranges from 5.16 to 13.58 m/min,and the average air leakage rate is 8.166 m/min.The distribution law of upper layer air flow field and oxygen field is basically the same,and the upper layer goaf is carried out along the roof cracks of two parallel grooves on the lower layer working face.The numerical simulation results are consistent with the field measurement results.The research results provide data support for the active prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in the lower layer working face.
