摘要新疆天山北部的泉村作为一个在长期历史互动中形成的多民族村落,在土地经营策略调整与转型的背景下,融入市场化经济体系中,进而生成了多民族互惠共生的生计互嵌结构。泉村的劳动互惠实践表明,市场对传统乡土关系的重新整合,激活了村庄内部的互助传统和集体观念,形成了具有种养结合的生计合作、互惠式用工结构以及小组协作市场化分工等特征,呈现出互通有无、互利共赢状态的民族关系。泉村互嵌式生计结构的生成,是国家在场下以劳动团结为核心的各民族互惠共生,也是各民族在日常生产生活中交往交流交融的生动体现。梳理各民族日常生活中的互惠互助机制,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识意义重大。 As a multi-ethnic village in northern Xinjiang’s Tianshan region formed through long-term historical interactions,Quancun Village has been integrated into the market economy system in the context of adjustment and transformation of land management strategies,and has generated a reciprocal and symbiotic livelihood embeddedness structure among multiple ethnic groups.The village’s labor reciprocity practice shows that the re-integration of traditional rural relations by the market has activated the internal traditions of mutual aid and collective values.Came into being characteristics such as livelihood cooperation of farming-breeding integration,reciprocal employment structures,and market-oriented division of labor through group collaboration,manifesting the ethnic relations of exchanges and reciprocity.The formation of the embedded livelihood structure in Quancun Village is the result of the mutual benefits and symbiosis among various ethnic groups centered on labor unity with the presence of the state,and is also a vivid embodiment of the exchanges,interactions,and integration among various ethnic groups in their daily production and life.Summarizing the mechanisms of mutual aid and reciprocity in the daily life of various ethnic groups is of great significance for concretely and effectively forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
