摘要
为研究密度对含铝PBX炸药动态压缩力学行为和点火特性的影响,使用万能材料试验机、分离式霍普金森压杆和落锤对不同密度的样品进行了准静态与动态加载试验,获取了在不同应变率下的应力——应变曲线和临界点火阈值。基于粘弹性统计裂纹本构模型(Visco-SCRAM)进行了数值模拟,分析了不同密度含铝PBX炸药内部力学响应。结果表明:该含铝PBX炸药峰值应力和弹性模量随密度的增加而增大,增大程度随应变率的提高而降低。在准静态下,峰值处应变随密度的增加而增大,但动态条件下无明显变化规律。落锤试验显示,炸药未发生反应的最大应力及落高均随密度的增大先降低后上升,与模拟结果一致。研究揭示了低密度和高密度样品点火特性的主要影响因素分别是力学性能和装药初始损伤。
To study the effects of density on the dynamic compressive mechanical behaviour and ignition characteristics of aluminized PBX explosive,quasi-static and dynamic loading tests were conducted on the samples of varying densities using a universal material testing machine,a split Hopkinson pressure bar,and a drop-weight loading device.The stress vs strain curve and critical ignition threshold were obtained at different strain rates.Based on the visco-statistical crack mechanics(Visco-SCRAM),the internal mechanical response of aluminized PBX explosives with different densities was analyzed.The results show that the peak stress and elastic modulus of the aluminized PBX explosive increase with the density,and the increase degree decreases with the strain rate increasing.Under quasi-static,the strain at the peak increases with the density,while there is no obvious change law under dynamic conditions.The drop-weight impact test shows that the maximum stress and drop height of the unreacted explosives all first decrease and then increase with the density,which are consistent with the simulation results.The study reveals that the main factors influencing the ignition characteristics of low and high density samples are mechanical properties and initial damage of the charge,respectively.
