摘要
在试制不同规格L450M钢的生产过程中,出现厚规格产品落锤撕裂性能不合且波动较大问题。结合产品生产过程轧制压下参数,轧后控冷参数,产品金相组织对引起落锤不合和波动的原因进行了分析。结果表明:轧制压下率和轧后冷却能力不足,在厚规格产品中形成粗大铁素体和珠光体晶粒及混晶是造成落锤性能波动和不合格的原因。
During the production process of L450 steel,there are significant fluctuations in the drop weight tear test of thick specification products.According to rolling reduction parameters,cooling parameters,and metallographic structure,the reason of significant fluctuations and unqualified performance in the weight tear test are analysed.the results indicate that the reasons of the unqualified performance and significant fluctuations in the drop weight tear test are caused by the coarse ferrite and pearlite grains in thick specification which conformed in insufficient rolling reduction ratio and low cooling capacity rolling process.
