摘要
目的:探讨心理弹性支持联合助产士一体式全程护理对初产妇心理状态、分娩方式、母乳喂养情况的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月于无锡市人民医院分娩的初产妇200例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施心理弹性支持联合助产士一体式全程护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组抑郁、焦虑评分均低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组泌乳开始时间早于对照组,产后24 h、48 h、72 h泌乳量高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:心理弹性支持联合助产士一体式全程护理可改善初产妇心理状态,提高自然分娩率,缩短产妇泌乳开始时间,增加泌乳量。
Objective:To explore the effect of mental resilience support combined with whole-process integral nursing of midwives on mental data,delivery mode and breast feeding of primipara.Methods:A total of 200 primiparous women who had a childbirth in Wuxi People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group applied conventional nursing,and the experimental group applied mental resilience support combined with whole-process integral nursing of midwives.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the depression and anxiety scores in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The start time of lactation in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the amount of lactation in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h post-delivery(P<0.001).Conclusion:Mental resilience support combined with whole-process integral nursing of midwives can improve the mental state of primipara,increase the natural delivery rate,shorten the start time of lactation,and increase the amount of lactation.
