摘要
目的:探讨“爱母分娩行动”理念下亲情式陪伴护理对初产妇的应用效果。方法:选取90例于我院分娩初产妇为研究对象,按照分娩先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规助产护理,观察组在其基础上采用“爱母分娩行动”理念下亲情式陪伴护理。观察两组产妇产程时间、产时疼痛度[视觉模拟法疼痛评分(VAS)]及产后并发症差异,对比预产期前1d两组产妇身心压力[妊娠压力量表(PPS)]、分娩自我效能[简化中文版分娩自我效能量表(CBSEI-C32)]、分娩恐惧[分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)]、分娩控制感[分娩控制量表(LAS)]变化。结果:观察组初产妇第一、第二、第三产程时间及第二产程VAS评分均小于对照组(P<0.05),两组初产妇产后并发症(产后抑郁、产后出血、尿潴留)比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组初产妇PPS、CAQ评分均小于对照组,CBSEI-C32、LAS评分大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“爱母分娩行动”理念下亲情式陪伴护理对初产妇分娩恐惧、身心压力、及产时疼痛均可发挥显著缓解作用,能够有效缩短产程时间并对其分娩信心增加产生积极影响。
Objective To explore the application effect of family-friendly accompanying nursing on primipara under the concept of"motherly action".Methods 90 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group according to the delivery order.The control group was given routine midwifery care,while the observation group was given family-friendly accompanying care based on the concept of"loving mother and giving birth".To observe the difference of labor time,labor pain[VAS]and postpartum complications between the two groups,and compare the physical and mental stress[PPS],labor self-efficacy[CBSEI-C32],labor fear[CAQ],labor control feeling[labor control scale(CBSEI-C32)]Results The time of the first,second and third stages of labor and VAS score of the second stage of labor in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in postpartum complications(postpartum depression,postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention)between the two groups(P>0.05).PPS and CAQ scores of primipara in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while CBSEI-C32 and LAS scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of"Mother-loving Delivery Action",family-friendly accompanying nursing can play a significant role in relieving primipara's fear of delivery,physical and mental stress,and pain during delivery,and can effectively shorten the labor process and have a positive impact on their confidence in delivery.
