摘要
针对闸阀在50%开度工况下的流动特性,对三种入口流速下的流场及湍流特性进行数值模拟。研究分析了阀门内部压力分布、速度矢量及湍流动能的变化规律,揭示了流速对闸阀流动特性的影响机制。结果表明:随着流速增加,压力场的压力梯度、速度场的流线紊乱程度及涡流区域范围、湍流动能的数值与分布范围均呈现递增趋势,阀瓣下游区域存在明显回流现象,表明流速提升会加剧流体通过闸阀时的能量损耗,增强对流体流动形态的扰动,显著提升了湍流强度与内部动量的交换程度。研究成果为闸阀在复杂工况下的优化设计及工程应用提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the flow characteristics of the gate valve under the condition of 50%opening,the flow field and turbulence characteristics under three inlet flow rates are numerically simulated.The variation law of pressure distribution,velocity vector and turbulent kinetic energy in the valve is studied and analyzed,and the influence mechanism of flow velocity on the flow characteristics of the gate valve is revealed.The results show that as the flow rate increases,the pressure gradient of the pressure field,the streamline disorder of the velocity field,the range of the eddy current region,and the value and distribution range of the turbulent kinetic energy all show an increasing trend.There is an obvious backflow phenomenon in the downstream area of the disc,indicating that the increase of the flow rate will aggravate the energy loss when the fluid passes through the gate valve,enhance the disturbance to the fluid flow pattern,and significantly increase the degree of exchange between the turbulence intensity and the internal momentum.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design and engineering application of gate valves under complex working conditions.
