截止阀在不同工况下内部流场仿真模拟分析与研究 被引量:2

Simulation Analysis and Research on the Internal Flow Field of the Globe Valve under Different Working Conditions

摘要 截止阀是一种常见的阀门类型,具有结构相对简单、密封性能好、调节性能优良、可靠性高、使用寿命长等优势,但由于截止阀的阀体内流道比较曲折,流体在流动过程中会产生较大的阻力,导致能量损失。本文对DN80截止阀进行仿真模拟分析,通过Ansys软件,探索截止阀在半开启、完全开启等不同工况下,截止阀内部流体的运动分布和压力状态,进行仿真模拟流场研究。研究发现随着流速增大,阀门内部流场的紊动程度明显增加,且由于流速和流向的改变,容易产生漩涡和二次回流现象。当阀门逐渐关闭时,流道截面积减小,流体通过阀门时的流速随之增大,使得阀门两端产生压差,即阀门下游的压力会降低,而上游压力则会相应上升。反之,当阀门开度增大时,流道截面积增加,流体流速减小,阀门的阻尼效果减弱,阀门的压差就会减小。 The globe valve is a common type of valve,with relatively simple structure,good sealing performance,excellent adjustment performance,high reliability,long service life and other advantages,but because the valve body flow channel is more tortuous,the fluid will produce greater resistance during the flow process,resulting in energy loss.In this paper,DN80 globe valve is simulated and analyzed.Ansys software is used to explore the fluid motion distribution and pressure state inside the globe valve under different working conditions such as semi-open and fully open,and to conduct simulation flow field research.It is found that with the increase of flow velocity,the turbulence degree of the flow field inside the valve increases obviously,and because of the change of flow velocity and direction,it is easy to produce vortex and secondary reflux phenomenon.When the valve is gradually closed,the cross-sectional area of the flow channel is reduced,and the flow rate of the fluid through the valve is increased,so that the pressure difference between the two ends of the valve is generated,that is,the downstream pressure of the valve will be reduced,and the upstream pressure will rise accordingly.On the contrary,when the valve opening degree increases,the cross-sectional area of the flow channel increases,the fluid flow rate decreases,the damping effect of the valve is weakened,and the pressure difference of the valve will decrease.
