摘要
采用寿命周期评价方法分析常规热拌沥青路面铺筑全生命周期各阶段的能源消耗和碳排放量,并提出节能减排重点和措施;基于陕南地区国省干线路线弯多、纵坡大等特点,研究沥青混合料沥青掺量和不同温度拌和方法下的碳排放量对比评估效果。结果表明,在沥青面层铺筑中,能源消耗和碳排放主要集中在原材料生产阶段和拌和阶段,故沥青面层的节能减排应重点聚焦于这2个环节;沥青路面施工中,降低拌和温度对节能减排具有明显的效益。
The energy consumption and carbon emission at each stage of the life cycle of conventional hot-mixed asphalt pavement are analyzed by life cycle evaluation method,and the key measures of energy conservation and emission reduction are put forward.Based on the characteristics of national and provincial trunk routes in southern Shaanxi,the comparative evaluation effect of asphalt mixture content and different temperature mixing methods on carbon emissions is studied.The results show that the energy consumption and carbon emission are mainly concentrated in the raw material production stage and mixing stage,so the energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt pavement should focus on these two links.In asphalt pavement construction,reducing the mixing temperature has obvious benefits for energy consumption and emission reduction.
