摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,国民对交通建设的要求也越来越高。本文提出桥面安全检测装置,通过空气过滤箱、气管、抽气泵和输送管的配合设置,使用时通过抽气泵和输送管将桥面清理产生的灰尘输送至气管内,进而通过气管将灰尘输送至空气过滤箱内,对安全评估产生的灰尘等进行清理过滤,通过伺服电机、传动杆和地面清理装置的配合设置,在设备运行时电机在电源的驱动下,传动杆开始工作,传递动能对桥面进行清理,从而起到了对桥面进行清理便于检测的作用,提高了该装置的实用性。
With the continuous development of China's economy,the national requirements for transportation construction are getting more and more strict.The bridge deck safety detection device is introduced in this paper by means of matching setting of the air filter box,trachea,pumping pump and the conveying pipe.The dust from the bridge deck is sent to the pipe through pump,and then it is sent to the air filter box,the dust is filtered by the safety assessment,through the servo motor,the drive rod and the ground cleaning device,the motor operation under the drive of the power supply,the transmission kinetic energy to clean the bridge deck,and improve the practicability of the device.
