摘要
农药在农业中被用于提高农作物产量和农产品质量。然而,农药的过度使用会引发食品安全问题以及生态环境的破坏,危害人类健康。因此,农药残留的监测已经成为全球关注热点和研究前沿。上转换纳米材料具有优异的光学性能,可用于开发新型的荧光生物传感器,从而实现简单、快速、低成本、高灵敏度和多残留检测。文章阐述了上转换纳米材料特点,介绍了基于上转换纳米材料的抗体免疫荧光传感器、适配体荧光传感器、分子印迹荧光传感器在农药残留快速检测中的最新研究进展,重点分析了现有的检测方法及策略、存在的局限性和面临的挑战,并对未来的研究方向进行展望,为日后上转换纳米材料结合生物传感器在农药残留检测方面的进一步开发和应用提供参考。
Pesticides are used in agriculture to enhance crop yield and the quality of agricultural products.However,the overuse of pesticides can lead to food safety issues,environmental degradation,and harm to human health.Therefore,the monitoring of pesticide residues has become a key focus and research frontier.Upconversion nanomaterials,with their excellent optical properties,can be used to develop novel fluorescent biosensors,enabling simple,rapid,low-cost,high-sensitivity,and multi-residue detection.This paper outlines the characteristics of upconversion nanomaterials and introduces the latest research progress on antibody immunofluorescent sensors,aptamer fluorescent sensors,and molecularly imprinted fluorescent sensors based on upconversion nanomaterials for the rapid detection of pesticide residues.It focuses on analyzing existing detection methods and strategies,their limitations,and challenges,and provides an outlook on future research directions,offering reference for the further development and application of upconversion nanomaterials combined with biosensors in pesticide residue detection.
